Description

You will own the stability and performance of critical AWS-based applications through real-time monitoring, troubleshooting, and 24x7 on-call support.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and rapid resolution for critical production issues.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AWS infrastructure including ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS Aurora, and VPC configurations.
• Manage job scheduling and failure resolution using Autosys and other job schedulers.
• Optimize event processing for SNS/SQS and ensure data integrity for S3 storage.
• Maintain secure access via Secrets Manager, troubleshoot API Gateway failures, and oversee Managed File Transfer (SFTP, Connect Direct) processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of production support experience with advanced expertise in AWS services.
• Proficiency in AWS Console, AWS CLI, ECS, EC2, Lambda, S3, SQS/SNS, VPC, and RDS Aurora.
• Strong experience with Secrets Manager, API Gateway, and Managed File Transfer solutions (SIT, Connect Direct).
• Expertise in log analysis, alert setup, and proactive monitoring strategies.
• AWS Solution Architect certification or equivalent cloud architecture expertise.
• Ability to collaborate on AWS best practices and ensure high availability.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Springboard and advanced VPC networking configurations.
• Background in optimizing performance for containerized and serverless workloads.
