Description

You will manage the stability and performance of critical application workflows within a Java and .NET environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage alerts and diagnose or resolve critical application and batch job failures.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement long-term fixes.
• Drive technical communication during outages and major incidents to ensure rapid service restoration.
• Identify manual toil and develop automation plans with stakeholders.
• Manage change implementation and incorporate operational feedback into product development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or application operations.
• Proficiency in Java or .NET frameworks.
• Basic knowledge of C# for bug fixing.
• Experience writing Splunk queries and configuring alerts.
• Practical knowledge of the ITSM framework.
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or IBM MQ.
• Ability to write basic PowerShell commands.
• Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and Remedy ticketing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cloud environments, specifically Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF).
