• Good knowledge of F5 Load Balancer administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Understanding of Cloudflare/CDN concepts and DNS management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong API troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
• PowerShell or scripting experience for automation tasks.
• Basic Linux administration knowledge.
• Familiarity with enterprise support/monitoring tools.
• Experience with SFTP and GoAnywhere file transfer tools.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience should be at least 10-15 years
• Team Leading experience for min 2 yrs
• Provide L2/L3 production support and incident resolution.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health.
• Support deployments, releases, and automation activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution
