Description

You will lead production support operations, ensuring system stability and rapid incident resolution for critical infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support and lead incident resolution efforts.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using enterprise tools.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage deployments, releases, and automation activities via CI/CD pipelines.
• Lead and mentor a support team to maintain service level agreements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of total experience with at least 2 years in a team lead role.
• Hands-on experience with IIS, Windows Servers, and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Strong knowledge of F5 Load Balancer administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot APIs and analyze logs effectively.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Cloudflare/CDN concepts, DNS management, and basic Linux administration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
