Description

You will lead production support initiatives, managing technology-driven projects and ensuring high-quality software delivery. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while tracking progress and KPIs.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure smooth deployment, integration, and code standards.
• Manage risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement.
• Communicate updates, blockers, and resource utilization to leadership and external vendors.
• Implement best practices in project management, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or technical project leadership.
• Proficiency in Java 21 and Spring Boot 3.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, and Apigee.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for ticket and project management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
