Description

You will lead production support operations, ensuring system stability and rapid incident resolution for enterprise applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support and lead incident resolution efforts.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using monitoring tools.
• Support deployments, releases, and automation activities via CI/CD pipelines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of total experience, including 2+ years in a team leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with IIS, Windows Servers, and deployment processes.
• Proficiency in F5 Load Balancer administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with monitoring tools: AppDynamics, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of Cloudflare/CDN concepts and DNS management.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong API troubleshooting and log analysis skills.
• Scripting experience with PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Basic Linux administration knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise support/monitoring tools and SFTP/GoAnywhere file transfer.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
