Description

You will lead production support operations for healthcare and payer systems, ensuring stability and rapid resolution of incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead production support activities within the Healthcare/Payer domain.
• Resolve complex incidents involving .NET, SQL Server, and SSIS components.
• Perform advanced database querying, performance tuning, and design reviews.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes using SSIS.
• Mentor team members on best practices for C# and Web APIs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 3-5 years in Production Support leadership roles.
• Hands-on expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and Web APIs.
• Advanced SQL Server skills including performance tuning and database design.
• Strong experience with SSIS for ETL development and optimization.
• Mandatory domain experience in Healthcare, Payer, or Care Management.
