Description

You will own production support for Informatica MDM and IDQ operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production support for MDM implementations.
• Operate and maintain Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in MDM and IDQ environments.
• Leverage complementary technologies to support system stability.
• Collaborate onsite to ensure service level adherence.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on production support experience.
• Strong expertise in Informatica MDM.
• Proficient in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Familiarity with complementary data integration technologies.
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Plano, TX.
• Any Graduate degree.
