Description

Own production support for Informatica MDM and IDQ environments, ensuring stability and rapid issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and incident resolution for Informatica MDM and Data Quality (IDQ).
• Execute hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance for MDM implementations and IDQ workflows.
• Monitor system health and performance, addressing production issues within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with development teams to root-cause defects and implement permanent fixes.
• Maintain documentation for support processes, known errors, and workarounds.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in production support for enterprise data platforms.
• Deep expertise with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM).
• Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
• Proven track record supporting MDM implementations and IDQ operations.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex data integration and quality issues.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site at the client location in Plano, TX.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with complementary data management and ETL technologies.
• Experience with database querying (SQL) for data validation and debugging.
