Description

You own L2/L3 production support for Informatica ETL and data integration solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Informatica workflows, sessions, and mappings to ensure timely data loads.
• Analyze and resolve job failures, data issues, performance degradation, and SLA breaches.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document fixes and preventive actions.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes for data pipelines.
• Coordinate with data engineers and application teams to resolve operational requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a production support role.
• Hands-on experience supporting Informatica PowerCenter and IICS.
• Strong understanding of ETL job execution, monitoring, and log troubleshooting.
• Proficient in SQL for data analysis and issue investigation.
• Experienced with Unix/Linux commands and scheduling tools.
• Knowledge of data warehouses, batch processing, and file-based integrations.
• Experience with source-to-target data validation.
• Familiarity with deployment, release, and environment management processes.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
