Description

You will own L2/L3 production support for Informatica-based ETL and data integration solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Informatica workflows, sessions, and mappings to ensure successful data loads.
• Analyze and resolve job failures, data issues, performance degradations, and SLA breaches.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document fixes and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with business analysts, data engineers, and application teams to understand data issues.
• Support incident, problem, and change management processes related to data pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting Informatica PowerCenter and IICS ETL workflows.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and issue investigation.
• Experience with Unix/Linux commands and scheduling tools.
• Understanding of data warehouses, batch processing, and file-based integrations.
• Ability to perform source-to-target data validation and reconciliation.
• Experience with deployment, release, and environment management (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD).
• Any Graduate degree.
