Description

You own the L2/L3 production support for Informatica ETL and data integration solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor Informatica workflows, sessions, and mappings to ensure data loads complete on time.
  • Analyze and resolve job failures, data issues, performance degradation, and SLA breaches.
  • Support incident, problem, and change management processes for data pipelines.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and document fixes and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with data engineers and application teams to resolve data issues and operational requirements.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in a support role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Informatica PowerCenter / IICS / ETL workflows.
  • Strong understanding of ETL job execution, monitoring, and workflow/session log troubleshooting.
  • Experience with SQL for data analysis and issue investigation.
  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux commands and scheduling tools.
  • Knowledge of data warehouses, batch processing, and file-based integrations.
  • Experience with source-to-target data validation.
  • Exposure to deployment, release, and environment management processes.
