Description

You will provide operational support for production systems, ensuring stability and resolving incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and troubleshoot reported production problems.
• Investigate logs, databases, and applications to determine root cause.
• Solve issues directly or escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.
• Automate or improve processes by developing scripts or applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Honeycomb, or AWS CloudWatch.
• Familiarity with Control-M and scripting.
• Ability to quickly learn and retain complex technical information.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude.
• Basic understanding of system operations and support workflows.

• AWS experience.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Mainframe experience.
