You own the availability, reliability, and operational excellence of the Neutrinos Intelligent Automation Platform across global customer environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own 24x7 production operations and ensure platform stability.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and Kubernetes environments.
• Lead incident management and handle customer communications during outages.
• Plan and execute platform upgrades and patches.
• Control operational costs and drive operational excellence.

Required Skills

• Azure cloud platform experience.
• Deep expertise in Kubernetes orchestration.
• 12+ years of working experience in production support.
• Deep technical understanding of complex production systems.
• Proven experience in operational excellence and cost control.
• Ability to manage high-pressure incident response effectively.
