You will provide application support and manage incident resolution to ensure stable production operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve application support issues using strong problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate records of changes, incidents, projects, and as-built documentation.
• Manage multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure stable production environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in production or application support.
• Proficiency in SQL and SQL Server.
• Hands-on experience with Linux and Unix environments.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage time and organize tasks effectively.
• Any graduate degree.
