Description

Manage production support for the Global Wealth and Investment Management business line, ensuring stability across single-user issues to infrastructure outages.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve incidents ranging from individual user issues to branch and infrastructure outages.
• Coordinate with problem management teams to drive stability and resolve process gaps.
• Develop and maintain runbooks, monitoring dashboards, and alerting systems.
• Provide timely, accurate updates to senior leadership regarding application restoration and issue status.
• Identify and implement process improvements to address recurring technology and stability concerns.
• Required Skills
• 1+ years of hands-on experience in application support.
• Proficiency with AppDynamics and/or Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Experience managing Unix and Windows servers, including API interaction.
• Hands-on use of Remedy and Jira for incident and task management.
• Ability to troubleshoot network-related issues using NetScout or similar tools.
• Experience supporting .NET applications, Java, WebSphere, and NoSQL databases.
• ITIL Certification.
• Ability to work independently in complex environments with minimal oversight.
