Description

Provide technical support and system monitoring within a 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a mandatory 24/7 on-call rotation to provide call support.
• Monitor system health and performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Manage and maintain infrastructure across Linux and Windows environments.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Jenkins and Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or similar operational roles.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp tools.
• Experience managing Active Directory.
• Practical knowledge of Splunk or Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency using Git for version control.
• Ability to support 24/7 on-call schedules.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python scripting.
