Description

You will maintain system stability and provide technical support in a 24/7 operational environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a mandatory 24/7 on-call rotation to handle production incidents.
• Manage and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments.
• Monitor system health and performance using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes using Jenkins and Git.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or similar operational roles.
• Proficiency with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Experience managing Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience with HashiCorp tools.
• Working knowledge of Splunk and Dynatrace for monitoring.
• Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD workflows.
• Proficiency using Git for version control.
• Bachelor's degree or any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python scripting.
