Description

Manage batch processing and business queries for Global Markets Risk, ensuring system stability and timely issue resolution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve batch support items, feed issues, and monitoring alerts to maintain system uptime.
• Manage the user query mailbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to internal stakeholders.
• Handle incident management, including user notifications and management escalations.
• Coordinate issue resolutions with development teams and lead problem-solving meetings.
• Perform Business Continuity testing and maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge bases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Production Support experience.
• Strong SQL knowledge for data analysis and query management.
• Strong UNIX / LINUX knowledge for system operations.
• Proficiency with ITSM, JIRA, and ITRS for system updates and metrics reporting.
• Working knowledge of ITIL and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Financial industry experience and knowledge of Market Risk.
• Python programming capabilities.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
