Description

You will manage application and infrastructure support within an AWS cloud environment and command center.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application deployments and perform triage or incident management when issues arise.
• Review incoming tickets and escalate technical issues as required.
• Manage AWS infrastructure issues and support command center requirements.
• Provide 24/7 support on a shift basis, including on-call pager duties for off-hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or operations.
• Strong administration and operations experience with AWS infrastructure.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM tools.
• Experience using Splunk or other monitoring tools for incident detection.
• Ability to work 24/7 shift rotations and handle on-call responsibilities.
• Proven ability to work independently and resolve complex technical issues.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Azure footprints.
• Dual expertise in both application and infrastructure support.
