Description

You will provide production support for critical systems, managing job schedules and resolving incidents.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain job schedules and automation workflows using Control-M.
• Develop and deploy automation scripts using Python or shell scripting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within the existing environment.
• Operate within a production IT environment to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a production support role.
• Solid, demonstrable experience with Control-M, including job scheduling and automation.
• Proficiency in Python or shell scripting for automation tasks.
• Experience operating within a production IT environment.
• Familiarity with Control-M is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare industry experience.
