Description

You will manage production resiliency by combining software engineering and operations to monitor and support multiple applications and websites.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health and manage production resiliency across various websites and systems.
• Execute incident, change, and problem management processes to ensure stable deployments.
• Handle infrastructure support, configuration, and release management tasks.
• Support microservices and web APIs within a DevOps and Site Reliability framework.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support, Site Reliability, or DevOps Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server and SQL.
• 5+ years of experience with Git code repositories.
• 5+ years of experience with Agile/SCRUM processes and Sprint Development teams.
• 5+ years of experience with MVC, JSON, JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML.
• 3+ years of experience in Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• 3+ years of experience in Angular.
• 2+ years of experience in .NET Core and C#.
• 2+ years of experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google).
• 2+ years of experience with SSRS Reports, unit testing, and regression testing.
• 2+ years of experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher, and Microservices.
• 2+ years of experience with DevOps tools including Grafana, Istio, Prometheus, and AppDynamics.

Preferred Skills

• BS in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.
