You will provide application support and monitoring for Java-based environments in San Jose.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor application health using dashboards.
• Provide development support for Java and Spring applications.
• Solve complex technical problems within production environments.
• Communicate technical issues and resolutions clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java.
• Proficiency in Java development and support.
• Experience with the Spring framework.
• Hands-on experience managing monitoring dashboards.
• Proficiency in AWS support.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills for complex issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of distributed systems and cloud architectures.
• Experience with Incident Management and Problem Management.
• Ability to present technical problems to non-technical audiences.
