Description

You will manage and troubleshoot job scheduling within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and fix job failures for SQL, FTP, and HTTP applications.
• Manage job promotion workflows from Dev to Test and Test to Production.
• Configure and modify ASG-ZENA scheduling objects including Tasks, Processes, Resources, Calendars, Triggers, Sub-Processes, Events, and Actions.
• Install ASG-ZENA agents across Windows and Unix environments.
• Generate audit data reports and perform necessary compliance checks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with ASG-ZENA workload automation.
• Proficiency in Windows and Unix operating systems.
• Working knowledge of SQL, FTP, and HTTP protocols.
• Understanding of TCP, networking, and connectivity fundamentals.
• Experience with scheduling criteria, attributes, and job definitions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ASG-ZENA forecasting and reporting.
