Description

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 troubleshooting and production support
• Monitor systems using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
• Support batch and scheduled job execution and performance
• Perform incident, problem, and root-cause analysis
• Participate in on-call rotation for production support
• Manage data integration workflows and resolve issues across production environments

Qualifications

• Required
  • 5+ years of hands-on production and IT support experience
  • Strong experience with Informatica and DataStage
  • Unix/Linux administration and shell scripting
  • Oracle and DB2 database support
  • PL/SQL and SQL tuning
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
  • Availability for on-call and production support responsibilities
