Description

You will manage and troubleshoot job scheduling within a production environment using ASG-ZENA.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and troubleshoot jobs for SQL, FTP, and HTTP applications using ASG-ZENA.
• Fix job failures and perform debugging to resolve production issues.
• Manage job promotions across Dev, Test, and Production environments.
• Install ASG-ZENA agents across Windows and Unix environments.
• Generate audit data reports and perform necessary validation checks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or job scheduling.
• Hands-on experience with ASG-ZENA workload automation.
• Proficiency with ASG-ZENA objects including Tasks, Processes, Resources, Calendars, Triggers, Sub-Processes, Events, and Actions.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Unix operating systems.
• Experience managing job definitions, forecasting, and scheduling criteria.
• Knowledge of SQL, FTP, and HTTP protocols.
• Basic understanding of TCP, networks, and connectivity.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with ASG-ZENA agent installations.
