You will manage production services and support client-facing applications to ensure stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-user support, systems monitoring, incident management, and problem management.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues to maintain usability and performance.
• Implement automation to reduce toil, improve efficiency, and eliminate customer impact.
• Drive outage calls and significant incidents while coordinating communications.
• Provide root cause analysis and recommendations for system improvements.
• Interface with clients and technology teams to maintain governance and control.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in production management or related roles.
• Strong background in analysis and business analysis.
• Experience with automation and application development.
• Proficiency in access management.
• Ability to design monitoring solutions and configure industry-standard tools.
• Competency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree.
