Description

You will manage the health and stability of production systems through continuous monitoring and incident response.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the health and stability of production systems on an ongoing basis.
• Lead SWAT calls to address critical incidents and minimize system downtime.
• Manage incident response, infrastructure support, and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage disaster recovery and issue resolution processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in production support across on-prem and cloud-based systems.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools including Wily, Tivoli, HP BSM, Splunk, and Datadog.
• Expertise managing MQ, DataPower, Apigee, and Microservices architectures.
• Proficiency in security protocols including OAuth, SSL, and HTTP.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and performance optimization with Redis.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
