Description

You will provide technical support for Equity products, focusing on FIX gateway management and client onboarding for high-touch and low-touch workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage FIX onboarding and configuration for internal and external clients to meet specific trading requirements.
• Provide 3rd level production support for FIX and application-related issues.
• Coordinate the release of new applications, FIX configurations, and system enhancements.
• Develop and maintain solutions for operational administration, system backups, disaster recovery, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with agile teams to deliver end-to-end products and document technical procedures for internal support teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with FIX protocols (4.2/4.4) and deep understanding of FIX messages and order routing.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding Python, Bash, or Java.
• Experience with FIX onboarding and technical support for e-trading and STP.
• Strong understanding of system administration in Linux environments.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to traders and middle office staff.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for integration and production issues.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 10+ years of relevant experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with pre and post-trade matching solutions.
