You will support Corporate Trust business services with a focus on accounting workflows and application stability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and problem resolution for accounting applications.
• Troubleshoot production issues using monitoring and logging tools.
• Support accounting workflows and business services.
• Maintain system availability and resolve technical disruptions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting Accounting Systems, preferably Eagle Investment Systems.
• Deep expertise in Trade Processing, Fund Accounting, and Reference Data Management.
• Technical proficiency with Oracle Databases, Unix, and Windows Server.
• Hands-on experience with Java, JavaScript, and AngularJS.
• Experience working with AppEngine (PaaS).
• Proficiency using AppDynamics, Splunk, ServiceNow, Moogsoft, and Prometheus for troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with financial services infrastructure.
• Familiarity with automated monitoring dashboards.
