Description

You will manage and maintain application and network performance within an N-Tier architecture.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, instrument, and leverage Splunk for system monitoring and support.
• Monitor application and network availability using Dynatrace and Catchpoint.
• Manage OS-based infrastructure services across Windows and Unix environments.
• Support N-Tier architectures including webservers, middleware, and databases.
• Apply ITIL functions and processes to production support workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or related roles.
• Proficiency with Splunk deployment and instrumentation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace or Catchpoint.
• Working knowledge of Unix and Windows infrastructure services.
• Experience with shell scripting and system processing.
• Programming experience in Java and/or .NET.
• Practical understanding of N-Tier architecture components.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microfocus BPM.
• Background in SA, DBA, or Middleware support.
