You will handle production support tasks and troubleshoot issues independently.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot production issues independently.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) capabilities to maintain system stability.
• Diagnose and resolve complex problems in production environments.
• Maintain operational knowledge of MS Office tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in production support or SRE.
• Strong SQL Server skills with deep MSSQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting complex production environments.
• Demonstrated Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) capabilities.
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Programming skills or background.
