Job Description:
The Production Support Specialist will provide 24x7 support for critical enterprise applications including ECIF, EPM, ERDP/RDM, and EAS. This role is responsible for monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the stability and reliability of production environments.
Key responsibilities include monitoring and troubleshooting API calls for Online Services, validating and analysing Dynatrace logs, and conducting incident management and root cause analysis using ServiceNow and JIRA. The role also involves executing SQL queries and UNIX commands for data validation and resolving production issues.
The specialist will support and monitor batch jobs using ESP/Autosys, ensuring successful and timely completion. Collaboration with development and business teams is essential for resolving problems, providing enhancements, and maintaining continuity across systems. The role also includes preparing and maintaining documentation for processes, incidents, and applied fixes, while adhering to ITIL processes and organizational standards.
