Description

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues for online services and batch jobs, ensuring system continuity and performance.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor API calls and batch jobs (ESP/Autosys) to ensure successful execution.
• Analyze Dynatrace logs and execute SQL/UNIX commands for data validation and root-cause analysis.
• Manage incidents and track resolutions using ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
• Maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and applied fixes in adherence to ITIL standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Production Support, including Support Lead experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and UNIX command-line operations.
• Proficiency with Dynatrace for log analysis and monitoring.
• Experience managing incidents via ServiceNow and JIRA.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and organizational standards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting batch scheduling tools like ESP or Autosys.
