Description

You will manage production systems and lead incident response efforts within a technical support capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response and application support to maintain system stability.
• Monitor infrastructure and identify bugs to suggest technical fixes.
• Lead support teams and oversee the maintenance of production environments.
• Participate in a weekend rotation schedule, capped at five working days per week.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support or reliability engineering.
• Proficiency with Java for application troubleshooting.
• Experience with Unix environments and command line.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Splunk for monitoring and logging.
• Scripting skills using Python.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure monitoring.
• Proven experience in a lead role supporting a technical team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
