Description

You will manage production health and stability within multi-tenant environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute change and incident management processes using ServiceNow.
• Monitor production health and automate tasks using BigPanda or similar toolsets.
• Coordinate and track SLA/OLA requirements for upstream and downstream applications.
• Manage incidents and applications using tools like Trige.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in production support roles.
• Proficiency with Unix, including Ab Initio (GUI, command prompt, and MFS).
• Hands-on experience with Teradata and Hadoop data lake platforms.
• Experience managing Autosys (boxes, jobs, file watcher).
• Working knowledge of Hive and Spark.
• Experience with Axway NDM and NAS.
• Background supporting multi-tenant environments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
