Manage production environments and implement monitoring solutions to support business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy monitoring solutions using Dynatrace to deliver value to customers.
• Support technical change management processes by liaising with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Contextualize business requirements to design and implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Manage issues proactively in accordance with corporate policies.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of standard operating procedures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in production support or similar roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Dynatrace for solution deployment.
• Experience using ServiceNow or Jira for service desk management.
• Experience with client build and management tools such as SCCM, JAMF, Autopilot, or Intune.
• Proven ability to contribute to large-scale corporate projects.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to research solutions independently.
• Project management experience.
