Description

You will manage L2 and L3 production support for Tier 1 to Tier 4 applications within the banking domain.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor SWIFT-related applications and systems using Grafana, Osmosys, and BMC Control-M.
  • Resolve incidents reported in ServiceNow by coordinating with L3 and development teams.
  • Manage package installations by coordinating directly with vendors to meet business requirements.
  • Perform system maintenance including Windows Certificate installations and file system space monitoring.
  • Support UAT and production deployments using DAP tools and Jira.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in production support within the banking domain.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow (Snow).
  • Experience with monitoring tools including Grafana and Osmosys.
  • Hands-on experience with BMC Control-M and Moogsoft for job scheduling and maintenance.
  • Practical knowledge of Jira and the Agile framework.
  • Experience managing Windows Certificates and file system/log segment availability.
  • Background in SWIFT monitoring and support.
