You will manage L2 and L3 production support for Tier 1 to Tier 4 applications within the banking domain.
Responsibilities
- Monitor SWIFT-related applications and systems using Grafana, Osmosys, and BMC Control-M.
- Resolve incidents reported in ServiceNow by coordinating with L3 and development teams.
- Manage package installations by coordinating directly with vendors to meet business requirements.
- Perform system maintenance including Windows Certificate installations and file system space monitoring.
- Support UAT and production deployments using DAP tools and Jira.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in production support within the banking domain.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow (Snow).
- Experience with monitoring tools including Grafana and Osmosys.
- Hands-on experience with BMC Control-M and Moogsoft for job scheduling and maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of Jira and the Agile framework.
- Experience managing Windows Certificates and file system/log segment availability.
- Background in SWIFT monitoring and support.
