Description

You will investigate, triage, and resolve system and application issues through data analysis and log review.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application issues using SQL queries to troubleshoot and validate data.
• Triage technical issues to assess, prioritize, and resolve or escalate them.
• Provide user support for system access, configuration, and general technical questions.
• Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to test and implement system changes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a systems analyst or IT support role.
• Strong SQL skills for data investigation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Azure environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems.
• Experience working within Agile workflows.
• Ability to translate complex technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to .NET environments such as ASP.NET or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Understanding of APIs and reporting tools.
