Description

You will own the technical support and production stability for critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify production failure scenarios, creating incident, enhancement, and problem tickets in the tracking system.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, research, and resolve complex escalated issues using advanced query and programming skills.
• Develop and enhance administrative, operational, and technical policies and procedures based on best practices.
• Maintain metrics to drive analysis and improvement across all Production Services areas.
• Consult with end users to determine optimal configurations for equipment and applications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant working experience.
• Proficiency in Production Support activities.
• Experience utilizing Splunk for log analysis and monitoring.
• Strong ability to communicate technical issues to development and business teams.
• Experience handling complex problems requiring data review and factor analysis.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to exercise judgment within defined technical procedures.
