Description

You will provide front-line technical support for equities derivatives swaps trading platforms and related applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage application platform monitoring and conduct root cause analysis.
• Implement preventative measures to maintain system stability and resiliency.
• Lead incident and problem management activities with timely stakeholder communication.
• Support onboarding of new applications and coordinate global team efforts.
• Collaborate to deploy stable releases and enhance platform performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of application support or development experience in a global trading environment.
• Proficiency with Linux, SQL, Python, and Java.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Familiarity with ITIL Principles and SDLC Processes.
• Understanding of Global Markets technology ecosystem and equities trade flows.
• Experience coordinating support with offshore and onshore teams.
