Description

You will lead product and program initiatives across SAP and supply chain operations, aligning technical delivery with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale system implementations and business transformation projects.
• Collaborate with IT, supply chain leaders, and stakeholders to define requirements.
• Optimize operational efficiency through scalable SAP solutions.
• Manage product lifecycle and business process reengineering efforts.
• Track progress and report metrics using JIRA and Power BI.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in product or program management.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA, MM, SD, PP, and SCM modules.
• Proven track record in supply chain operations and business operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
• Technical proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Power BI.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
