Description

You will oversee all aspects of land surveying, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and on-time project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey technicians on best practices and enhance current standards and procedures.
• Conduct boundary, ALTA, topographic, and construction surveys using advanced equipment.
• Verify survey data accuracy, including measurements and calculations, against state and local regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate survey data into designs.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Massachusetts.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in land surveying.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, legal aspects, and geodetic control networks.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, and Carlson.
• Experience with RTK GNSS systems and robotic total stations.
• Ability to analyze survey reports, maps, and data for project planning.
