Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of project implementations and system deployments for clients, handling technical support, system administration, and user adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build account setups, including phone system deployment and remote user training.
• Configure complex call routing and guide users through web-based interfaces and mobile applications.
• Identify and resolve employee pain points to ensure successful system adoption and usability.
• Handle escalated technical issues and utilize ServiceNow for ticket and change control management.
• Manage high-volume daily schedules, meetings, email correspondence, and detailed documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or professional services.
• Proficiency in System Administration and Networking.
• Experience managing Project Plans from inception to completion.
• Hands-on experience with Databases.
• Strong technical communication and internal collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to manage time, track issues, and maintain detailed process notes.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticket management.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to explain complex technical configurations to end users.
