Description

You will plan, document, and deploy software suites into hosted and on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure software, including database exports and system installations.
• Resolve application issues and troubleshoot customer problems within contractual SLAs.
• Manage software updates, upgrades, and major releases according to release policies.
• Document troubleshooting processes and analyze trends to prevent recurring issues.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and participate in weekend or on-call support.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in enterprise systems administration and software development.
• Windows Server and IIS 7.0 or higher administration.
• DNS, DHCP, and networking principles including TCP/UDP communications.
• SQL Server administration and SQL development.
• SSO/SAML configuration and troubleshooting.
• SSL certificate administration and network encryption protocols.
• Experience with ODBC, Elasticsearch, and XML/CSS.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell or another language.
• Foundational knowledge of IT infrastructure, network security, and domain user provisioning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience deploying enterprise-class software utilizing various technologies.
• Working knowledge of software development principles.
