Description

You will develop and maintain banking software using the Profile application. You own the full lifecycle from requirements to release.

Responsibilities

• Refine project requirements with business owners and the Development Team Leader.
• Produce detailed design specifications based on approved requirements.
• Code projects using existing design standards and automated testing to maintain low defect rates.
• Manage tasks, stories, and issue tracking using JIRA.
• Provide team leadership and identify areas for process and product design improvement.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience developing on the Profile application (MUMPS and PSL).
• 6+ years of experience developing banking software, including financial products and reporting features.
• 3+ years of professional experience managing projects and teams.
• 3+ years of professional experience with system design and implementation.
• Proficiency with MUMPS and PSL.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience with shell scripting.
• Experience with Database Management Systems, SQL, or automated testing.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile practices.
