Description

You will design, develop, and implement enterprise-level Master Data Management architectures and technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM architecture, including data stewardship frameworks and cleansing recommendations.
• Configure match and merge rules, trust matrices, match paths, and data stewardship workflows.
• Execute data profiling and quality analysis to identify anomalies and gaps for stakeholder approval.
• Perform data cataloging and analysis using Microsoft Purview.
• Collaborate with product managers, DBAs, and data governance teams to analyze requirements and deploy solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years focused on MDM architecture, design, and development.
• Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM Tool and Microsoft Purview.
• 6+ years of ETL development, support, and operations experience with an emphasis on data quality.
• Deep knowledge of Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball methodologies for data warehouse design.
• Expertise in data profiling, cataloging, lineage, mapping, and governance.
• Proven experience implementing multi-domain MDM and managing master data hierarchies.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and profiling.
• Strong understanding of normalization, de-normalization, data extraction, and cleansing processes.
• Experience working in global delivery models within teams of 10+ members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience gathering business requirements through direct collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
