You will support Program Managers by tracking deliverables, managing data, and facilitating coordination across complex programs.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and third parties to facilitate cross-team coordination and meet program needs.
Update project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to support program leads on multiple large-scale initiatives.
Collect, compile, and analyze budget data to recommend decisions and drive closure.
Track the execution of complex deliverables, identifying and escalating issues that impact deadlines.
Synthesize complex data and program metrics into reports and dashboards to communicate trends, risks, and status updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
Experience gathering and integrating data from various sources to identify trends.
Proficiency with Jira, Codebeamer, Tableau, Workfront, and PowerBI.
Experience creating PowerBI dashboards.
Proven ability to manage and communicate changes in program timelines and priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
Foundational program management skills and experience supporting Program Managers.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2 years of experience, OR an Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience, OR a High School Diploma with 4 years of experience.
