Description

You will support Program Managers by tracking deliverables, managing data, and facilitating coordination across complex programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers and third parties to facilitate cross-team coordination.
• Update project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to support program leads on multiple large-scale initiatives.
• Collect, compile, and analyze budget data to recommend decisions and drive closure.
• Track the execution of complex deliverables, identifying and escalating issues that impact deadlines.
• Synthesize complex data and program metrics into reports and dashboards to communicate trends, risks, and status updates.

Required Skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
• Experience gathering and integrating data from various sources to identify trends.
• Proficiency with Jira, Codebeamer, Tableau, Workfront, and PowerBI.
• Experience creating PowerBI dashboards.
• Proven ability to manage and communicate changes in program timelines and priorities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
• Foundational program management skills and experience supporting Program Managers.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with 2 years of experience.
• Associate’s degree with 2 years of experience, or High School Diploma with 4 years of experience.
