Description

You will analyze operating programs, manage Agile projects, and drive enterprise transformation within ServiceNow.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Plan and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs using source data.
• Manage development and project teams using Agile/Scrum principles and sprint goals.
• Lead Agile transformation efforts and establish enterprise agile processes.
• Apply consulting skills to develop solutions for complex business problems.
• Manage projects specifically within the ServiceNow platform.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or requirements analyst.
• Functional knowledge of ServiceNow for project and Scrum management.
• Ability to lead Agile transformation efforts.
• Experience establishing enterprise agile processes for large programs.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Public Trust (T-4) clearance.
